We hope you enjoy our books.  Each book is checked before it leaves us for quality and finish and we won't let it go unless we are 100% satisfied that it meets our strict standards.

We make sure each book is shipped in perfect condition and trust that you receive it in the same condition.  Whilst we offer free postage and packaging on all of our books, we cannot guarantee against unknown intervention or forces outside of our control that may affect your purchase.  If you can provide photographic evidence of the damaged book while still in the original packaging we will of course only be too please to send a replacement copy as soon as we receive the damaged copy back.  Sadly we cannot reimburse your postage costs but we will return the book(s) totally free of charge.  We aim to return any faulty books as soon as humanly possible.
